Terms and Conditions of Online Courses

These Terms and Conditions of Online Courses (“Online Terms”) apply to all online courses, programs, coaching sessions, digital content, training, and related services provided by Life Skills Resources ApS.

The Online Terms apply to purchases, registrations, and participation made through:

and any other website, domain, landing page, subdomain, application, or digital platform owned, operated, or controlled by Life Skills Resources ApS (collectively referred to as the “Website” or “Platform”).

By purchasing, accessing, registering for, or participating in any Online Course through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Online Terms.

1. Online Course Provider

The Online Courses are provided by Life Skills Resources ApS (“Life Skills Resources”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated in Denmark with CVR number 43753479, with its registered at:

Life Skills Resources operates the Website and provides access to Online Courses and related services through the Platform.

Life Skills Resources will use reasonable care and skill in providing Online Courses.

Life Skills Resources may appoint independent instructors, subcontractors, or third-party service providers to assist in providing Online Courses.

1.5

Life Skills Resources is not responsible for the acts or omissions of instructors or third-party service providers.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Online Terms:

“Online Course” means any digital course, training, program, coaching session, workshop, or educational content offered through the Platform.

“Course Materials” means all materials provided as part of an Online Course, including videos, audio recordings, PDFs, worksheets, presentations, downloads, and other digital or physical materials.

“Instructor” means any instructor, coach, mentor, teacher, or contributor who provides course content through the Platform.

“Platform” means the websites, systems, software, and infrastructure used to deliver Online Courses.

“Course Fee” means the price payable for access to an Online Course.

“User”, “you”, or “your” means the person purchasing or accessing an Online Course.

3. Programs and Brands

Life Skills Resources may offer Online Courses under different program names, brands, marketing identities, or websites.

Regardless of the brand name, program name, or website through which a course is promoted or sold, the contracting party providing the Online Course is Life Skills Resources ApS.

4. Purchasing and Contract Formation

4.1

To purchase an Online Course, you must provide accurate information and complete payment of the applicable Course Fee.

4.2

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase an Online Course.

4.3

A legally binding agreement is formed once Life Skills Resources confirms your order and payment has been received.

4.4

Life Skills Resources reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

4.5

If an Online Course becomes unavailable after purchase, Life Skills Resources may offer a refund or alternative course.

5. Payment

5.1

Course Fees are displayed on the Website or at checkout.

5.2

Payments must be made using the payment methods provided on the Platform.

5.3

Life Skills Resources may offer instalment payment options.

5.4

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension of course access.

5.5

Life Skills Resources reserves the right to change pricing at any time prior to purchase.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1

Refund policies may vary depending on the specific Online Course and will be stated on the relevant course page or checkout page.

6.2

Where applicable, refund requests must be submitted within the stated refund period.

6.3

Refunds may not be available once digital course content has been accessed or downloaded.

Life Skills Resources reserves the right to refuse refunds where misuse or abuse is suspected.

7. Physical Materials (If Applicable)

Delivery charges may apply.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the user upon delivery.

Import duties or taxes outside Denmark are the responsibility of the purchaser.

8. Access to Courses

Users may not share login credentials with others.

8.3

Each purchase grants access to one individual user unless otherwise stated.

8.4

Life Skills Resources may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

8.5

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and internet access.

9. Prohibited Use

Users may not:

copy or distribute Course Materials
record course videos
upload course content elsewhere
allow multiple users on one account
use course content for commercial purposes without permission

Life Skills Resources reserves the right to pursue legal action for violations.

10. Instructor Content

10.1

Instructors are solely responsible for the content they provide.

10.2

Instructors warrant that they own or have permission to use all materials included in their courses.

10.3

Life Skills Resources does not guarantee the accuracy of instructor-provided content.

10.4

Instructors agree to indemnify Life Skills Resources from claims related to their content.

11. Technical Access

11.1

Life Skills Resources will use reasonable efforts to maintain the Platform.

11.2

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

11.3

Access may be suspended for maintenance or updates.

12. Warranties

12.1

Online Courses are provided in accordance with their description.

12.2

Life Skills Resources does not guarantee any particular result from taking a course.

12.3

Users are responsible for determining whether a course meets their needs.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

13.2

Life Skills Resources is not liable for:

indirect losses
loss of revenue
loss of business
loss of data
loss of anticipated savings

Maximum liability shall not exceed the Course Fee paid.

Online Courses and materials are provided for educational purposes only.

Nothing in the courses constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Users should seek professional advice where appropriate.

Courses may include content created by instructors or third parties. Life Skills Resources does not guarantee the accuracy of such content.

Participation in any course is at the user's own risk.

Life Skills Resources makes no guarantees regarding results or outcomes.

All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties.

15. Intellectual Property

15.1

All intellectual property rights remain the property of Life Skills Resources or its licensors.

15.2

Users receive a limited licence for personal educational use.

15.3

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials.

16. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to Terms

Life Skills Resources may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

18. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
